Need a place near Annaopolis that... Need a place near Annapolis that doesn't requite a security deposit. I have close to 1k saved and can make first months rent, but coming up with another 1k is not in the stars right now. Any landpeople/lords have apartments where they aren't asking for a sec. dep? At least not all up front like lots of apartments.
