I had a serious problems with my pipes last night and I called maintenance and no one picked up. I finally got a message this morning saying they will check out the problem in the afternoon but its too late, my floors are soaked! Is this a problem I need to take up with the landlord? Can I ask for deduction in rent for the damage?
