However, the Francis Cabot Lowell mill buildings you were referring to, on Moody St. can be contacted at (781)891-4108, and may have available listings we haven't received. Other than that, the Louis Barett Residence in Lynn works with low-income renters, and has studios available for $554 monthly, which is equal to $138.50 per week, just about your budget.
