Also, I could use help finding a 1 bedroom in Tewksbury. Rent should be between 400-640 a month.
Well, the landlords can call the last place you rented from, but it doesn't mean they will. And, if you have your finances together, the landlord really shouldn't care. Here's a link for apartments that fit what you want:
