Can I find a cheap 1 bedroom apartment in downtown Salem for under $1000? Must come with parking and a laundry room. I am starting a job here in a month and don't want to have to drive. My only concern is that I have come here for festivals and events during Halloween but as a resident should I worry about this area in terms of noise, traffic, foot traffic?
