It seems like 2 bedrooms in New Bedford are running neck and neck with 3 bedrooms in New Bedford. Why might this be? I can't wrap my head around why an apartment with an extra bedroom would cost just about the amount as an apartment with 1 less bedroom. Anyone have any insight?
It all depends on how much money the Landlord or Property Manager needs in order to pay various fees in order to have a positive cash flow. Fees might include the mortgage, insurance, property taxes, water and sewer, maintenance, etc.
