  First Time Renter, First Time Poster. I have some quesitons about renting my first apartment;
  1) Do landlords usually pay all utilities?
  2) Do landlords typcially include draperies or blinds in their apartments? Is this something I need to plan on buying?
  3) Easy way to figure out how much I will need to budget for living expenses.

    1. It really depends, talk to the landlord or read the description of the property
    2. You should plan on buying them, they are sometimes included
