So, here are my questions, lets see if y'all can help me: 1) What should I expect to pay for a 1 bedroom or studio apartment in the area? 2) What should I expect to pay for utilities such as cable, electric, etc? 3) Being new to this whole renting on my own thing, what other expenses should I budget for? For example: groceries, etc.
