What are some good neighborhoods to look around in Louisville for a house? I'm not looking for any apartments or to be in downtown. I want easy access to the highways and downtown but I want to live in a residential neighborhood in a house with my own driveway, space and lawn. People mentioned to look in Germantown or Butchertown.. are these safe and affordable neighborhoods?
