I see that renting out a apartment in a house is cheaper than renting from a apartment building but are the leases almost the same? Will I have to worry about the landlord interfering with my privacy if I live in a house, will guest be allowed at a certain time and will I have my own parking. As you can see I'm asking if its worth it to rent in a house?
