How safe is my neighborhood. Just got a apartment around 8th st and wondering how safe the neighborhood is at night. I'm a 24 yr old woman and want to know if ill be safe if i walk/run outside at night?
Some areas of Dayton might be deemed unsafe by most people's standards. Like any city, take precautions. Venturing out at night in any area of the country is a crap shoot, meaning even the safest areas have instances of crime. Just be vigilant and alert.
One suggestion I have is to ask around, be it neighbors or police you might see patrolling the area. This is always a great way to gauge a neighborhood.
