A list of update tenants can do on their own. What are some of the modifications i can do to my apartment on my own? I'm looking at both newer and older buildings and i'm a very artistic person and want to be able to paint my walls without getting restricted. Where are some places that provide tenants to paint wall and even install shelves ect.?

You will have to contact the tenants individually to see what their policies are on painting and other minor renovations.
