I have a few questions about one apartment listing, it doesn't show the address or anything it's from www.apartmentsolutions.net. They are offering a move in special saying if I move now I only pay $1 until Feb??? does that mean I don't pay the $875 rent until Feb? It also mentions amenities like cooking and wifi are offered is that in the apartment building?
