Only seeing avg. rental prices for 1 and 3 bedrooms in Bellwood. How come no average rental prices for 2 bedrooms? Is there not enough units or properties to generate this information? Anyone want to share what they are currently paying for rent?
Yeah that's probably what it is -- not enough units. There may be a shortage of two bedrooms in Bellwood right now, in which case the site probably can't generate an average. I'm paying $900 a month for my place, which I think is about average. It's fairly nice and was renovated recently so it's a good price considering. Hope that helped.
