The lady in the apartment next to me is driving me nuts! What can I do? She listens to music and TV way to loud, she sings and pounds on the walls, also she cooks smelly weird food. I talked with the landlord and he said I should talk with her. She is really nuts though, I dont feel comfortable even talking to her.
