1) Am I due interest on it? Landlord has had the money for almost 7 years. If the answer is yes, what rate should I expect?
2) Can he legally deduct expenses(cleaning) for what I would consider normal wear and tear?
3) How long does my landlord have time wise to get me back my security deposit?
