There is a listing currently for Sunrise Lakeside at 408 Sandpiper Court Polk City, IA, where a one-bedroom is $625/month. I suggest you give them a call at (877) 218-4640 since at about 6 minutes away, it may be the closest one-bedroom you will find.
The Applewood Properties Apartments seem to be the closest, though they are about 15 minutes from the Tournament Club. I don't think they have one-bedrooms though. There are numerous other listings in Ankeny about 15 minutes away for one-bedrooms, most of which are out of your price range.
