Is Waipahu is safe and affordable area to live in for a 24 year old? I work in Honolulu but the rent and cost of living is too expensive so I'm wondering if its more affordable to live in a small town. I also dont want to be too far away from the ocean. My current rent is 1800 and would like to go down to 1200.
