On MAM and other apartment search sites, I cannot find a single listing for an apartment that is less than $1250/month. For a furnished apartment, which you specified, there are none for less than $2100/month. You may want to re-think your budget if you plan on living in this area of Hawaii. It is very expensive here.

I am willing to pay more up to 1400/month,but if it is furnished properly and I have not seen anything that is worth the money from all listing.
