Anyone rented from Demetria Wingfield in Hawaii Kai? I was browsing her residential rentals, they look nice. Has anyone rented from her? Is she responsive? Are her properties legit? So far, everything looks on the up and up, but I am very new to HI and was hoping for a reference or two.
