I need a place with 3 bedrooms for $1100 so far I'm finding a lot of listings in that price range but I can't decide if I want to go with a ranch style house or luxury apartment. Our 2 kids are in college so We don't need a lot of space to take care of, but we want to eventually buy the place. Which should we choose?
