Do you have any apartments available with 2 bedrooms/2bathrooms that offer the same amenities as the apartment Pelham Drive offers? This place looks great but I'm turned off on the fact that I have to pay for utilities and I can afford $700 and this place is $775. Do you know if the landlord is willing to negotiate?
