Considering An Apartment in Avondale Estates, but first... Does anyone know if they are going through with the proposed dog park? My real estate agent mentioned it, but wasn't sure of the status. This might be the deciding factor for me, believe it or not. An apartment in a town with a dog park, perfection!
Well, there are many towns in the U.S. that have dog parks, so you have no shortage of options. The mayor announced that the dog park is being built in the also-being-constructed Willis Park. It should open sometime in late 2012 or 2013. But for right now, there aren't any dog parks here in Avondale Estates. Here's a list of dog parks in surrounding towns:
