I have a few friends that recommended I look around Pasadena or South Pasadena for my next condo. I like living in a gated community with resort style apartments. Must have a pool, fitness center, balcony or deck, private parking, security and pet friendly. I love the water water and want to know if there are any nice/private beaches in this area? I don't want to live near a tourist beach that's why my friend recommended this area.
