We are moving to Siesta Key by the end of Feb and looking for a more luxury home in a gated community. I would like a place with a private beach and a private dock because we are looking into buying a boat when we go down there. It should have 3-4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a guest room. We will look at places with pools as long as the landlord takes care of the pool and lawn.
