I'm trying to find my mom a new apartment to move into by December. I am looking for a senior +55 apartment community. She only needs one bedroom that is pet friendly, has a heated pool, fitness center, provides activities for the residents, walking trails, a bus line for the shops, churches and restaurants. For rent we wont pay over $600. When I find a place do I have to fill out an application for my mom and schedule a tour?
