Where is the beach access? I just moved into my apartment in Sebastian. I was wondering if there is any "resident" beach access? Do I need a parking pass or anything?
I'm not 100% sure, but I know that Sebastian doesn't really have any real beaches and that they are all across the water on that strip of land. There are a bunch of islands and beaches out there that you can go to if you want.
