Apartment on Palm Av looks nice, what about flooding? The apartment for rent on Palm ave looks really nice. $725 is a great price for a one bedroom. My question is if I do rent this is there some kind of renters insurance that would cover flooding? The apartment is on the River. I fear of losing all my belongings to a flood.

I would ask your landlord or other tenants. I'm sure there is something but I don't know of any in particular.
