Can someone help me find a nice winter rental in Oviedo or in that area? My Grammy lives here and she could use some help getting to the doctors. I need a one bedroom apartment that is furnished with a flexible lease. I plan on staying just the winter and the she would come back to NY with me. I don't want to pay too much and I really can afford any application fees or anything like that.
