Existing resident needs upgrades. I've lived in my apartment for 5 years, my appliances are starting to become rundown and my walls need a fresh paint job. I try to get my landlord to take care of it but he pulled some crap saying if it works he doesn't need to fix it. What should i do?
Move! Come on you know the answer. Just tell your landlord you aren't going to live there anymore and find yourself an apartment that's nicer and has better appliances. It shouldn't be hard!
