Key West rentals during hurricane season? Are rentals in Key West cheaper during hurricane season, ie. June-November? I am not afraid of a little wind:) Can I expect rents to be lower this time of year?
I'm no expert on rental trends, but I would assume that people wouldn't want to live in the area during hurricane season, especially since this is one of the places that is hit hardest in Florida. I sure don't stay for hurricane season, so I would assume many people just rent out their places for cheap during this time.
