On base housing on Elgin is deplorable. I am looking to move off base come Spring. Any landlord offering military discounts on rent? Need a 3 bedroom. As for location, something close to base would be ideal. The Air Force will cover most of my rent if I live off base, so while I am concerned about price, it won't be the deciding factor.
