I am renting out my 2 bedroom furnished condo in Cape coral. There's a swimming pool and it is right on the gulf. I have included utilities in the rent which is $900 (use to be 1,000). I'm trying to figure out how to attract people to my house I don't want it to be empty from periods of time. How much should i charge in rent weekly?
