We are looking for a permanent vacation home to that has a rent to own lease that includes utilities and furniture. We want a place walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach and has views of the water, private patio, parking, and garage if possible, storage space and laundry room. The living room, kitchen/dining room, bedroom should all be furnished.
