Is West Haven a nice and safe area to live? I hear good and bad things (crime) about New Haven and wondering if West Haven is better or worse. I have a wife and two kids and want to find a place where I know they will be safe. I'm looking for 3 bedroom in a quiet neighborhood, easy access to the turnpike, has security alarms, fenced backyard, updated appliances, and a garage. My price is between $1400-1500.
