Looking for a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms close to 84 and the high school. I noticed a few places looked very outdated inside with the colors of the walls, carpets ect. but they have the amenities I'm looking for. Do landlord allow you to decorate you house if you're only signing a 1 year lease?
