I've done the apartment thing and it's not my style, I'm looking to see if any students and grad school are renting out a room in their house. Prefer living with students because they understand the need to work on school work. I prefer living with people who are 22-25 because they are more mature. I can afford $700 a month, must have a parking spot and washer/dryer in the house and close to highways.
