Hartford is getting too expensive so I'm looking for 1 bedroom apartment outside the city for around $900 a month. I need to have easy access to downtown Hartford and the highways but want to live in a safer quieter neighborhood. I want a place with private parking, 24 hour maintenance, laundry rooms, and comes with all utilities.
