Having visited Hartford before, I fell in love with the area and have decided to try to find an apartment in the area. I am also seeing plenty of places available in "East" Hartford and my question is about how similar East Hartforf and Hartford are to each other. Is East Hartford basically just EASTERN Hartford? Sorry if this is a silly question.
