Which is a better deal 1 bedroom cottage or 1 bedroom apartment in a apartment community? I feel like a cottage I will have more space, a backyard, and more freedom with what I do in my place and when I can have people over, but with apartment buildings they come with the amenities and 24 hour maintenance.
