Which is more safe and cheaper to live in Manitou springs, Northeast Colorado Springs or East Colorado springs? I feel like my head is sniping when I type in Colorado Springs all these different areas show up. I'm not from this area so I don't know where to look. Im a 23 year old who is active and loves to go out drinking and dancing. I want to be close to downtown but can't afford to live in downtown.
