I hear Manitou Springs has a really good school district and students receive high grades and strong in academics and sports programs. I currently work and live in Colorado Springs but want to find a school where my son can be challenged.
If I move to this area will a 2 bedroom apartment be the same price as Colorado springs? I currently pay $800 a month.
