Landlord looking to rehabilitate my rental properties. Fellow Watsonville CA landlords, have any of you taken part in the Rental Housing Rehabilitation Loan program Watsonville offers? Seems like a great program for landlords in need of a low interest rate loan to make improvements to our properties.
I've never used the program, but I thought about using it until I ran into some money. It's definitely a good option and is your best bet if you can't find any other money. I'd do it if I were you, I almost did.
