Sunset State Beach Handicapped Accessible? I was lucky to find a handicapped accessible apartment near Sunset State Beach. Does anyone know if they have a ramp at the beach?
I haven't been in a few years, but I know that beach wheelchairs are available, so I'm assuming this means that there is some way to get down to the beach if you are in a wheelchair. Not sure how easy it will be, but I know I have seen people down their in wheelchairs and it is definitely possible to do it. If I were you I would call the parks and recreations department or just drive down to the beach and ask around or have someone look around for you.
