The neighborhoods of Beverly Glenn and Valley Village seem very affordable for 2 bedroom apartments. i want to keep my budget around $1300. Out of the two neighborhoods which would you recommend living? I want to be close to shops, bars, and restaurants and have easy access to the highway. I also want to live in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
