I can only get channel 19 in San Marino. I can only get channel 19 in my apartment until Time Warner gets off their lazy you know what and come out and installs my cable. Anyone know where I can find a programming schedule? Also, any ordinances here in regards to having satellite dishes at apartment complexes?
Don't diss the kind folks at Time Warner, they're doing the best they can. And why do you need a programming schedule when you only get one channel? Regardless, here it is:

I would recommend contacting the company and seeing if they can help you out. For the last question, talk to your landlord about the issue.
