The 2 bedroom apartment on 2630 Dixie Street Rosamond, CA are they still having the special about if you move in today rent is $500? If I sign it will that price in rent increase at all? If it does, I can't go any higher than $600 but i'm hoping it doesn't go up at all would the landlord notify us on any changes. Is it move in ready apartment?
