Someone must know of some property managers with 3 bedrooms for less than the almost 2700 per month average. It's myself and two kids(both need their own rooms) and while I need to live in Monterey, I cannot afford 2700.00. I understand I might have to look elsewhere, I just know it cannot hurt to ask.
