Having been browsing Monrovia apartments over the last 2 months, I am starting to think the rents might be inflated. All you need to do is check out the surrounding communities average rents to see for yourself. Lot's of towns within a 3-6 miles radius are offering rentals for 2/3 of the price. Am I correct in my observation?
