Is Rocklin Ranch worth almost 1k a month? Looks really nice, almost luxury like. But at 1k a month, I have some reservations. How is the property management team? Are the grounds well maintained? What is the average age of tenants @ Rockland?
I don't know about the complex specifically, but I know the area and I know that $1000 is a little pricey for Lincoln. An apartment complex would have to be very nice for me to be willing to spend that much money for rent in Lincoln.
